What drew us to Newfoundlands and inspired us to start breeding them? It's their gentle giant nature, their unwavering love for family, and their renowned role as the "nanny dog." Their affinity for water is another charming characteristic that captures our hearts. These qualities make them truly exceptional companions, and we are dedicated to sharing that love with other families.
Meet Nana and Rip: our foundation dogs
Our journey began with Nana and Rip, affectionately known as Big Mama and Jeff. Rip is our lovable, drooly goofball, always ready for a playful moment. Nana, on the other hand, is the protective queen mama of our home, ensuring everyone is safe and sound. They are the heart of our family and the inspiration behind Loux Newfoundlands, bringing immense love and joy into our lives.
Our commitment to healthy, happy puppies
Ensuring our puppies are happy, healthy, and ready for their new homes is our top priority. All our puppies receive recommended vaccinations and vet checks. We also give them baths at least twice to ensure they are comfortable with grooming, which can be helpful for families who choose to continue bathing them. Our puppies are raised alongside their mom and dad, as well as other animals and children of all ages, ensuring they are well-socialized and adaptable.
